Thriving Communities facilitates connections among community leaders, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and businesses in Greater Charleston. We reserve the right to refuse service or connection to any entity or individual whose activities conflict with our core mission and values.
All original content, features, and functionality remain Thriving Communities' exclusive property, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Our marks cannot be used without written consent.
The service may link to external websites. Thriving Communities assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error correction, virus-free operation, or results meeting user requirements.
Thriving Communities and MissionCHS are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access.
These terms follow the laws of the State of South Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
