Overview

Thriving Communities operates under fiscal sponsorship of MissionCHS and is committed to explaining how personal information is collected and used.

1. Information Collection

We collect two primary categories of data:

Personal Identification: Name, email, phone number, organization affiliation, and ministry interests from contact forms.

Usage Data: Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.

2. Information Use

Data is used to facilitate connections between community leaders, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and businesses; deliver newsletters and event information to opted-in subscribers; route inquiries through leadership categories (Pray, Serve, Mentor, Lead); and monitor website usage for technical issues.

3. Data Sharing & Fiscal Sponsorship

Information may be shared internally with MissionCHS for compliance and operational purposes. We do not sell personal data but may share aggregated demographic information with business partners. Personal data may be disclosed when legally required.

4. Data Security

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We use commercially acceptable protective measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Service Providers

Third-party companies (including Google Analytics and Firebase Hosting) may access personal data solely to perform services on behalf of Thriving Communities and are obligated to maintain confidentiality.
